I am definitely going back there, especially to the charming Chinatown and the ridiculously overpriced Japantown. I need a new kimono.

- 08-09-01: no updates since July 22! Is the site abandoned? Nope, it's just that yours truly married his girlfriend of 11 years, the beautiful Margarita, and had to move most of our belongings to Salt Lake City, where she will be pursuing her Ph.D. in Computer Graphics. I just got back from SLC and will have to write a short account of the most horrible moving experience I've had. Mercifully, there will be no wedding photos, although I am tempted to display a picture of the worst-dressed clown who performed the ritual at City Hall in that bastion of high culture that is Rochester, NY. We might as well have been in Vegas! Anyway, I will be getting back on track shortly but there will be no DVD reviews for a while since all the home theater equipment is in SLC while I mope around in Rochester for four more months. I will be going to the movies though, so the reviews should be coming in soon.
